Imphal, 14 April 2026: Ravalico College Hostel, Imphal, organized an inspiring session under the banner of “Don Bosco Holiday Makers”, focusing on preparation for UPSC and MPSC examinations. The session was led by Mr. John Phunganlung, M.Sc (Physics), MPSC Aspirant, who addressed a gathering of enthusiastic young boys and girls.
During the session, Mr. Phunganlung offered a comprehensive overview of the various branches and services under UPSC and MPSC, highlighting the wide range of career opportunities available in civil services. He also spoke about the financial aspects of coaching, including the expenses involved and the availability of scholarships for deserving candidates.
The students were guided through the three stages of the examination process—Prelims, Mains, and Interview, helping them understand the complete journey of selection. Emphasizing the rewards of perseverance, he elaborated on the opportunities, responsibilities, and privileges enjoyed by those who successfully clear these prestigious examinations.
The programme, held at 5:00 PM at the hostel premises, proved to be both informative and motivating. It encouraged students to dream big and prepare with clarity and dedication. The session concluded with a strong message of hope and determination, inspiring the participants to strive towards excellence in their academic and professional pursuits.
