In a pulsating and action-packed football match held at the Margin Turf Football Ground, the Senior Hostel Team clinched a stunning victory over the enthusiastic Higher Secondary students with a final score of 9-6.
The match began with the Higher Secondary team putting on an impressive show, scoring early goals and lifting the spirits of their juniors. The atmosphere was electric as the crowd cheered every move. But the Seniors, seasoned and strategic, soon took control of the game, displaying not just skill but also a deep sense of team coordination.
As the minutes ticked by, the Seniors turned the tide, launching a series of powerful attacks that left the scoreboard racing in their favour. Their experience, stamina, and sharp play ultimately brought them a well-deserved win with a massive goal difference.
Fr Benny James SDB, Warden of Ravalico College Hostel, lauded the winners with heartfelt words:
